The PhotoDesk Android and Windows apps are free, and every tool is free to use. The free version analyzes up to 500 distinct photos and videos per device (on Windows, for new profiles from version 2.13.11; existing Windows users keep unlimited analysis), counted together across face, text, object, and plate analysis.

Two optional Google Play options remove the analysis limit: a one-time purchase of the PhotoDesk full version (Lifetime), or the PhotoDesk Monthly subscription. Both are bought through Google Play Billing in the Android app. The Monthly subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions); it removes the limit only while it is active and only on the Android device where it is used. When it ends, PhotoDesk returns to the free version and keeps everything it has already analyzed. Google Play shows and charges the price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, and processes your payment under Google Play's terms. PhotoDesk never sees your payment details, and PhotoDesk Pro is not sold through this website.

If you sign in with the same Google account in the Android and Windows apps, a Lifetime purchase is linked to your PhotoDesk account and also unlocks Pro in the Windows app (Windows 2.13.11 or newer). Linking is optional; an Android purchase works on Android without it.

Refunds follow Google Play's refund process, described in our Refund Policy at /refund-policy. A refunded purchase no longer unlocks Pro. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

A one-time purchase does not guarantee the perpetual operation of online services, such as account linking, or include separately sold future products.

By using PhotoDesk, you agree to use the website and related services in a lawful and respectful way.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

Some areas of the website require a PhotoDesk account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details up to date.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that threatens the service or other users.

The Windows and Android apps and related downloads are provided for personal or authorized business use, subject to these terms and any future license terms that may accompany a release.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the software in ways that violate applicable law or infringe on intellectual property rights.

We work to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always remain unchanged.

We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time to improve security, reliability, or product direction.
